About Our School
Azusa High School, a 9-12 grade comprehensive school, offers several outstanding programs. The school has been completely modernized; each science teacher has a complete lecture and laboratory; shop and art rooms have been designed to meet the needs of the students. The 9th – 12th grade years provide an excellent balance of course offerings; Advanced Placement, Honors, AVID, and a range of strong electives including fashion, ceramics, music, band, auto and drafting.
The Career/Vocational Program has developed partnerships with Northrop Grumman, Citrus College, UC Riverside, Azusa Pacific, Mt. SAC and Cal Poly to provide for a smooth transition of Azusa students into college or universities, as well as many opportunities for academic scholarships. As a result of the commitment by staff and an excellent educational program, students have shown great improvement on scores for Advanced Placement, SAT, ACT, PSAT and STAR tests.
